Villa Vasconcellos is a 70 unit affordable senior development in Walnut Creek. The 3- story building is organized around two courtyards. It is noteworthy for its many green features, including bioswales, solar hot water heating, recycled materials, permeable paving, and naturally lit corridors. It was featured on the 2008 East Bay Build It Green Home Tour.
