Excerpts of two projects worked on in San Leandro are shown here. San Leandro Crossing is a 700-unit residential development located adjacent to the town's main BART Station. FPA created the initial concept plan that formed the basis of securing state infrastructure funding, as well as the basis for ongoing design efforts by other firms.
The E.14th St. and Estabrook image was one of a number of prototype studies for a mixed-use multi-family development.
