Pringle Creek is a mixed use development in downtown Salem, Oregon; at the confluence of Pringle Creek and the Williamette River. The site is an old Boise Cascade mill, and the centerpiece of the development is the restoration of Pringle Creek. The existing warehouse is re-used for a new YMCA,offices, and parking, with new residential units above.
The development also includes a new hotel and office building in future phases. I built the sketch-up model shown here.
