NoBo, or Uptown Broadway, is an infill redevelopment in a light industrial area adjacent to a creek. The project includes 223 apartments, both for-sale and rental, live/work units , and 35,000 sf of retail. The development also includes several new public streets, lanes, and plazas. The development effectively created a new neighborhood center where one none existed previously.
