Client: American Baptist Homes of the West

Hillcrest is a 40 unit affordable senior development in Daly City. The 3-4- story podium building is wedged between 4 story apartment buildings to the east, and single family homes to the west, and the building steps down Hillcrest Ave. to mitigate the scale between these neighbors.

The building includes a number of community spaces, including a community room, a "cafe", a generous lobby, and a community garden to the rear.
