Alliance Town Center is a retail driven mixed use project in suburban Ft. Worth. My role was to develop design strategies for integrating the center to adjacent residential neighborhoods, concept designs for 3 mixed-use buildings; residential/retail, office/retail, and hotel, and concept designs for some stand-alone retail.
