Fire Clay Lofts is a brownfield redevelopment in an industrial area outside downtown Denver. The project includes the renovation of an old warehouse into new lofts, as well as the construction of new buildings. The project included 150 units. The centerpiece is the old warehouse, where the roof was cut open to create a new courtyard.
