Background:
I am a licensed Architect living in San Francisco, and have nearly 20 years experience working for some of the top firms in the Bay Area. I have been involved with a wide variety of projects, including mixed use, affordable and market-rate housing, senior housing, retail, and single family homes. The work has ranged from large scale urban design to home remodels, from new buildings to adaptive re-use. I am also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Now in my own practice,the approach remains the same. I take a pragmatic approach to design, seeking first and foremost to satisfy the client's needs. Often, clients have already thought long and hard about their project, and my role can be to simply refine their ideas, and give shape to their dreams. I do not bring a pre-conceived design vocabulary to a project ,having always believed that a product of the unique circumstances of each individual project.

- Full Architectural services, from concept design through construction.
- Conceptual site development studies ( what can you do with your site ?).
- Conceptual building studies (what are your options for your building or home?).
- Code consultation and assessment.
- Space Planning.
- 3-Dimensional Modeling, through either Archicad or Sketch-up.
Background:
I was born and raised in Syracuse, N.Y. I have a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Buffalo, and a Master's Degree from the University of Colorado. I live and practice in Berkeley.
